The innovative, culturally diverse concept of Andaz Kitchen & Bar, our cozy restaurant is now serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the daily, along with hosting private dining. The menu focuses on locally sourced cuisine made with the freshest of ingredients, with flavors inspired by our International culinary team, representing menu items inspired from Italy, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Philippines, Vietnam and the USA. Take a seat on a classic bar stool and sample the faves, such as the handmade Ravioli with ricotta, anchovies, red peppers, parsley and Parmigiano Reggiano, the Kentucky-inspired Bourbon Mash Risotto with roasted corn, barley, malt, smoked blue cheese, ash and saba, or the Philippine inspired Chicken Adobo, served with bok choy and garlic fried rice. Pair your dish with mixologist-crafted cocktails like The Merger or The Intervention.
